5. Electronics and Gadget Products

For electronic products sold by Family Fashion BD:

• Customers should check the product in the presence of the delivery representative whenever possible.

• Manufacturing defects reported within the applicable return period may qualify for replacement or refund after inspection.

• Damage caused by improper use, voltage fluctuation, liquid exposure, accidental drops, or unauthorized repair is not covered under this policy.

Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, warranty claims may be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before shipment.
